EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
RETURN
Returns are NOT accepted if they are ineligible products;
All ineligible products will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
- No quality problem.
- The frontal lace was cut or damaged.
- The item was damaged and the original status was changed (washed ,worn, heated etc.)
- Custom and clearance items
- Accessories and Gift Gallery items
TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- You’d better contact our customer service first and disscuss details.
- The RMA slip MUST be applied within 3daysof the date you receive the package otherwise, your return will be rejected.
- We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of the merchandise or any lost and damaged packages during the return transit.
REPAIR
We will repair your items within 6month for free, shipping on your cost.
- After 6month, we’ll charge your repair fee, shipping on your cost.
EXCHANGE

- If the exchange item(s) costs more, we will contact you to obtain the payment for the additional amount.
- If the exchange item(s) costs less, the difference will be applied as store credits towards your next purchase.
- Once one exchange order is completed, returns for refund will not be acceptable.
