About Wig Base Size

When you plan to customize a wig, please carefully read the following text to help you better understand wig base sizes. Please note that our stock wig bases are set to medium size by default.

This chart provides a comprehensive guide for measuring your head to determine the correct wig size, featuring measurements for three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. There are six essential head measurements to follow:

  1. Circumference: Measure around the head, starting at the front hairline, around the back of the neck, and returning to the starting point.

    • Small: 21.5 inches
    • Medium: 22.5 inches
    • Large: 23.5 inches

  2. Forehead to Nape: Measure from the front hairline, over the top of the head, to the nape of the neck.

    • Small: 13.5 inches
    • Medium: 14.5 inches
    • Large: 15 inches

  3. Ear to Ear Across Forehead: Measure from ear to ear across the forehead.

    • Small: 11 inches
    • Medium: 11.5 inches
    • Large: 12 inches

  4. Ear to Ear Over Top: Measure from ear to ear over the top of the head.

    • Small: 12 inches
    • Medium: 12.5 inches
    • Large: 13.5 inches

  5. Temple to Temple Round Back: Measure from temple to temple around the back of the head.

    • Small: 13.5 inches
    • Medium: 14.5 inches
    • Large: 15 inches

  6. Nape of Neck: Measure at the base of the neck.

    • Small: 4 inches
    • Medium: 5 inches
    • Large: 6 inches
