About Hair Color
Send us a hair sample, and we'll help you find the best color match. This is the most accurate way to ensure you receive a color you'll love. Our experienced hair designer will personally assist in choosing the perfect shade for you. We’ll contact you once we receive your hair sample.
How to prepare your hair sample:
- Length and volume: Your hair sample should be at least 1.25" long and 1/4" wide. (More is always better!)
- Section: Make sure the sample is taken from the area of your hair you want to match.
Please include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and details of the product you are customizing.
2. PURCHASE A COLOR RING
If you're still unsure of the color match, purchasing a color ring is another excellent option. It’s never been more affordable! This is perfect for frequent wearers of alternative hair products, making it easy to change colors whenever you like.

3. SEND A PICTURE
We don't recommend this method due to color variations across different screens. However, if you're matching your own hair color, please send more than one photo taken in different lighting conditions.
If you're looking for a color other than your own, you can send a photo that clearly shows your preferred shade.
