Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only for Brilliantwigs products. Returns for products other than Brilliantwigs will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- Products without quality issues are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
- Products with cut or damaged frontal lace cannot be returned.
- Products that have been damaged or had their original condition altered (e.g., washed, worn, heated, etc.) are not returnable.
- Custom and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Accessories and items from our gift gallery are non-returnable.
- Please contact our customer service first to discuss your return.
- The return application must be submitted within 15 days from the date you receive the package. If there are factors causing a delay, please contact our customer service, and they will assist you in applying for an extension.
- We offer free repairs for products that experience minor or non-destructive damage within 6 months from the purchase date. Shipping costs for repairs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- After 6 months, we will charge a repair fee, and the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.
- Products other than Brilliantwigs are not eligible for exchanges.
- Exchanges can be made for products of equal value.
- If the exchanged product costs more, we will contact you to arrange additional payment.
- If the exchanged product costs less, please contact us, and we will refund the excess amount.
- Once an exchange order is completed, returns for refunds will no longer be accepted. Products without quality issues are not eligible for returns but can be exchanged. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information.
